Whether agents are available or not, the LiveChat icon should always be available. If no agent is available to chat, you’ll be able to leave a message:

If you don’t see the live chat icon, the most likely reason is that you did not accept the required cookies or that you set your browser to reject all cookies.

To reset your cookie-preferences, click on the three-line-icon (“burger icon”) in the header bar of MyExpatTaxes:

Then click on “Cookie settings”

and make sure that “Essential Cookies” is set:

If it is, and the live chat icon does not show up when you reload the page, check your browser settings if “3rd party cookies” are blocked and allow them for MyExpatTaxes.
