IRS Rejection: 'PrimaryPriorYearPIN' or 'PrimaryPriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database.

If you receive this error message, there are two options to allow you to resubmit your return to the IRS:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Self-Select Pin
1. If you know your last year's Adjusted Gross Income, update it in the software.
2. If you are unsure, select that you don't know your last year's Adjusted Gross Income. In this case, you’ll be asked to sign Form 8879 instead to authorize us to e-file on your behalf. Follow the instructions to download, sign, and upload your 8879 form.
