Now that you have purchased the Premium Plan, one of our Tax Professionals will be assigned to your case and assist you with preparing and submitting your returns.
They will contact you directly to introduce themselves and get you started by asking various questions and/or asking you to upload necessary documents.
If you already know which documents are needed, you can upload them in the Share Document section of the questionnaire.
To speed up the completion of the questionnaire and tax forms, we invite you to complete the Required Information section. It includes Basic required information, such as name, date of birth, filing status, SSN, etc.
