- Last foreign tax return covering the calendar year(s).
- Foreign corporate tax return.
- Company registration document.
- Company financial statements – year-end Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements (usually calendar year-based).
- US tax forms related to corporate reporting.
- Annual salary slip if you receive employment income.
- Amount and/or proof of foreign individual income tax paid during the calendar year(s) filing for.
