If you are using the Streamlining procedure, you can only e-file your most recent tax return and FBARs. The prior years’ tax returns cannot be e-filed. Please use the included Tax Filing Instructions (on the second page in your tax package) to paper mail your return.
If you are filing prior years outside of the Streamlining Procedure, we may be able to e-file your prior year tax returns.
