To start a chat:
- Click the green Chat icon located at the bottom of the left navigation panel in MyExpatTaxes.
- Our Support Specialist Agents are available Monday through Friday.
Outside of these hours, you can still leave us a message right in the chat window, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re online.
Don’t see the chat icon?
If the chat icon isn’t appearing, it’s likely a cookie settings issue. Here’s how to fix it:
Option 1: Reset Your Cookie Preferences
- Click your name in the header bar of MyExpatTaxes.
- Select “Cookie Settings.”
- Make sure the “Essential Cookies” box is checked.
- Reload the page.
Option 2: Enable Third-Party Cookies in Your Browser
If the chat icon still doesn’t appear:
- Open your browser Settings.
- Allow 3rd-party cookies for the MyExpatTaxes website.
