Support Specialist ChatIntroduction
To chat with one of our Support Specialist Agents:
- Click the green Chat icon at the bottom of the left navigation panel.
- Support Specialist Agents are available Monday to Friday, and outside of these times, you can leave a message in the chat window.
If you don't see the live chat icon, reset your cookie settings:
- Click your name in the header bar of MyExpatTaxes.
- Click "Cookie settings".
- Tick the "Essential Cookies" checkbox.
- Reload the page. If the Chat icon is still unavailable, in your browser go to Settings and allow "3rd party cookies" for MyExpatTaxes.
