Your credit will be automatically added to your next filing!
Credit is missing after a failed payment.
If your payment was canceled or expired, you'll need to wait until the credits are automatically added back to your account before making a new transaction. There's nothing else you need to do—everything will update on its own.
My Credit is not showing up?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Just reach out to us via Support Specialist Chat or email us at team@myexpattaxes.com, and we’ll be happy to manually add the credit for you as long as you qualify!
Are there other ways I can earn credits with MyExpatTaxes?
Yes! You'll receive your unique referral link once you’ve filed with us. For every friend who uses your link, they’ll get 20% off their current year’s tax filing, and you’ll earn €20 in credit each time your link is used.
