This error message indicates that the IRS has a US Tax Form 1095-A for you on record.
Because of this, you are required to fill out Form 8962.
How to Resolve this:
- Please add your US Tax Form to US Tax Documents
- If you are unsure if you have this form, you can check your account status at Healthcare.gov.
Unfortunately, we cannot E-file your return until you add Form 1095-A.
If you do not have this form, you must paper mail your return.
